Booking Policies
Thank you for booking your appointment with She's Yar Lash & Beauty Bar. We truly appreciate your business. Each of our artists works by appointment, time is important to us. We value your time and we hope you would to us as well. Once a slot is reserved, others cannot book into your slot. In all fairness to our scheduled clients and time management, please read our booking policy to avoid any unfortunate incidents!

Credit Card Must be Placed on File
To book and hold a reservation we require a credit card be held on file until the completion of the appointment.

Refund Policy
Due to being in a service providing industry we are not able to accommodate refunds on services or products, for any concerns please email info@shesyarlashbar.com. Thank you for your business!

20% Deposit
For those who do not have an active membership, we ask for a 20% non refundable deposit towards your appointment to hold the reservation. The deposit price is deducted as a credit from your service price at checkout. If the appointment needs to be cancelled the deposit will be applied as a store credit. Store credits cannot be used to pay deposits.

Same Day Cancellation/Rescheduling fee
For any same day cancellations or rescheduling on the day of the appointment prior to it's start time results in a $30 per service hour fee to the card on file.
EXAMPLE: If booked for a 1 hour service the client is responsible for $30, if the service is two hours the client would be responsible for $60.

If the appointment requires cancellation following it's start time the client is responsible for the full price of the service.

No Call No Show
A No Call/No Show is when a guest is booked but gives no notification of cancelation or that they are unable to attend.

-Members: A fill is used towards the service.
-Non-members: Non-members are required to pay the full charge of the service in order to rebook with She's Yar.

Brazilian Wax Policy
Our cosmetologists and estheticians are exclusively trained in the female anatomy of Brazilian Waxing, please be advised we would not be able to accommodate any male hair removal. Thank you for your understanding.

INFECTION POLICY
We require clients to disclose any history of eye infections before their lash extension appointment. If you experience symptoms like redness or discharge, please cancel your appointment and seek medical advice. Clients must wait at least 1 WEEK before rebooking. We maintain strict hygiene standards to ensure a safe environment for everyone. Thank you for helping us keep our space healthy and safe!
