The Learn to Lash event is a comprehensive 2-day group training program designed to equip trainees with the necessary skills and knowledge to offer high-quality, long-lasting, and beautiful lash services to clients with varying face and eye shapes. The training program covers a range of lashing techniques such as classic, hybrid, and volume lashing techniques. The course also provides in-depth knowledge on the anatomy of the eye and lash, adhesive ingredients, and different tweezer types. Additionally the course provides comprehensive training on removing lashes, fill techniques, and building one's own business.

Each trainee will receive an 80+ page work manual that they can take home and refer to in the future. During the event, the trainees will have access to a fully stocked lash supply kit, which they can use to get hands-on experience and practice the techniques they learn during the training session.

Furthermore, the Learn to Lash event provides an opportunity for trainees to pay for the course in four interest-free installments, providing ease of payment. The training program is designed to provide lifelong learning opportunities and equip trainees with the skills, knowledge, and resources they need to become successful lash bosses.

Finally, after the training session, each trainee will be eligible for an after-training mentorship call with Alyssa, which will help them track their progress and assess their skills to help them move forward in their lash business. Alyssa can cover things like applying for a DBA or LLC, creating an inventory process, starting a social media and marketing, and other resources to help them move forward into the most profitable trade there is within the beauty industry.
